Customers and gift recipients are eligible to request returns and refunds. You must initiate a return or refund request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of the Item
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Return Shipping and Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. We offer free returns if you receive an item that you did not order, other reasons are based on case to case and our approval.
Refund Process
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as chosen by the customer.
Exchange Policy (if applicable)
We offer exchanges for items of the same value or price adjustments for items of higher or lower value. Exchanges are subject to availability. The customer is responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: Items on more than 50% discount. Items purchased during a sale or promotional event may have special return conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
